Interior Design

25% of overall budget — We believe in great design for everyone are masters when it comes to  making any budget work. We’re experts in creative renovation and can do a full overhaul of a space or work with what you’ve got to make it better.

Staging for Home Sale

Staging and three month rental: $2 per square foot of space to be staged. This generally breaks down to — 

$2000 — Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Two Bedrooms

$1500 —  Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen

$500 — Consultation to “work with what you’ve got” + adding decorative accessories to update
